Your customer service is very poor.

Bought La Ville Est Belle gift set, and the EDP is too light, obviously a knockoff.

Amazing shop and sales are really good.

Disappointed as I asked for gift wrap & personalised ribbon gave all the details but didn’t arrive gift wrapped & was too late to do anything about it

I returned an item back and they did not accept. They said it was damaged which must have happend in the post now they changed their story and said it was opened what is it? Is it damages or opened. They will not refund and will send the item back to me. The website says "Hassle free returns" lol wow hassle free returns. Joke of a company. Customer services horrible. Stay away better to buy from amazon for peace of mind. This company is a joke

I bought three different perfumes in last month, My favourite Tom ford ombre Leather and two others were gifts for family and friends, they really like the gifts, highly recommended perfume shops, even worth the price. ?

I ordered two perfumes, one was fine and one came damaged, after many attempts realised it has a faulty nozzle so now have to go through the hassle of sending it back
